Blood of Heroes vXv is a guild you can call home and is one of the oldest guilds on Archimonde (PVP). We are a "social raiding guild", some of us have been here forever. We run professional no-nonsense raids without drama and ego's but still keep the "fun" in the game. If you just want to hang out in guild and not raid, thats cool with us too. However, we do differentiate between "raiders" and social guild members. If you want to move up to "raider" rank you must prove yourself both in skill and have the appropriate gear/gemming/enchants. We do not "carry" raiders. Our raids are business. We're there to down bosses. But our guild is full of friends.

We use the EPGP loot system in the main raid and offer guild bank repairs and guild cauldrons in the main guild 25 man raid.

The BoH Raiding Experience:

The best way to describe raiding in BoH is one word, "mature". We expect each of our raiders to accept personal responsibility for their actions. Because of this, there is never any yelling in vent. There isn't any berating, name calling or finger pointing. While this might be at odds with many other raiding guilds methods, it works for us. That is not to say you can play your toon poorly and it go unnoticed. Instead of verbally bashing people in vent, the raid leaders will either send you a tell and ask you "what is going on with this?" or we'll pull you aside after the raid and have a conversation on how to improve. Personal Responsibility.

We expect that a raid member who accidentally drops the ball to take responsibility and own up to it. A simple "That was my fault guys, I stood in the @#^*@ and wiped the raid." suffices. Its not that big of a deal, and we've all done it. By taking that initiative, there is no name calling or the raid leader having to check the logs to see who wiped the raid. It all goes away with a little bit of "Personal Responsibility".

With all of this "Personal Responsibility" is there any room for fun? You bet. Our raid experience is chock full of laughter, teasing and general merriment. We have a good time. We just choose to have fun without publicly bashing people. If you're the type of person that needs to make other people feel like crap so you can feel better about yourself, we're not the guild for you. If you like to down bosses, have fun, and do it with 24 of your closest friends, we _are_ the guild for you. The only thing you have to kick in is "Personal Responsibility". Oh, and we take a small piece of your soul when you join. It is small, you won't miss it ;-)
